Tracy was born in Lafayette, Indiana in 1948. He and his wife, 
Linda,have been married 30 years. They have 2 daughters: Gretchen, 29 
and Heather, 26. Both daughters are married to former Marines. Mr. 
Tracy served 2 tours in Vietnam with the Marineis: 1968 and 1970. He 
is a self-taught artist. He refers to his work as that of a
