Buddy Locators by Military Branch

Each military branch now has a buddy locator service available to help you locate a friend in the service.

Requirements:

• Write your letter. Put it into an envelope, and seal it;

• Write the friend's *full* name and last-known rank in the center of the envelope;

• Put your return address in the upper, left-hand corner (required);

• Place sufficient postage (at least 33 cents) on the usual place of the envelope (required);

• Put this envelope and a sheet of paper inside a second envelope. (Write as much information about the person as you know, no matter how little, on this sheet of paper.)

• Address the second envelope to the appropriate address below, affix sufficient postage, and mail it.
