Message is: Good Morning, My brother has been missing now for approximately 9 years. I have a family now and I tell my kids of their Uncle and what a good man he is. My brother was a radioman, on a ship and on foot. He encountered conflict as a foot soldier during a tour in Vietnam. I know he has post stress syndrome. After his enlistment he had went into the army, they found he had a medical problem with his heart, they were going to do surgery but decided not to, that was in 1977. I think he may have got a medical discharge at that time. He resided in Vallejo, Ca. after his enlistment was up. In 1979 or 1980 He got a job with the federal government working at Mare Island in Vallejo, Started in a apprentice program and the last I remember he was working on nukes on subs. He had or has a top secret clearance which he carried with him from Vietnam. He graduated from Medford, Oregon senior high school, I believe he went to boot camp in San Diego and attended jungle training in Panama. He may be specializing in martial arts now, in 1981 he became a black belt in 9 different arts in vallejo at a studio on redwood street. He used to or still does speak Russian, German, Phillipino and some spanish. He was awarded multiple medals and awards. Im not sure what else i can give you to help you out thank you for taking your time to review this.
