Message is: My father came down with Lupus and left Vietnam unconscious. He never got to say goodbye and never saw any of the guys again. He was sick for seven near coma months. Almost all his things, including paperwork, was lost or misplaced. The Lupus damged his memory so severely he has next to no recollection of his military service, including his unit. He was from Hayfork California, and nicknamed "Wino" (because of last name). At the time he was 5'8", 175lbs.
