Message is: Have written a book and am in final edit stage. The following description is what I remember but I'm not sure where, exactly, I saw the python. Can anyone comment on the following paragraph: "Bien Hoa Airbase was a strange amalgam of VNAF and USAF. Those buildings and areas used by the USAF were either of the hootch model or more sturdy steel or cement-stucco structures. They were laid out in an orderly fashion and were reasonably neat in appearance. Official insignia or locally manufactured cartoon logos proudly displayed at entryways identified squadrons and sub-units. The outfit that flew defoliation missions maintained an especially memorable squadron area. They housed a fifteen-foot python beneath a sign depicting their USAF numerical designation, a large cartoon Smokey-the-bear with six-guns and, in prominent letters, the words "RANCH HANDS, WE PREVENT FORESTS."
