Message is: I am trying to find out any information about Joe D. Borges. Joe date of entry was November 1966 in Rhode Island. During his tour of Viet Nam Joe was writing my friend Vinnie Brooks. Joe's letters were put up for Vinnie by her mom and on November 19, 1997 Vinnie called me telling about the letters her mom had given to her. It was so odd.
