He was still there when I left in Jan. 1971. I know he wasn't killed because his name is not on the Wall. We were both from the same city, had the same name, and ended up in the same unit!! He was Sandy "mot" and I was Sandy "hai". We graduated the same year from different schools but had never known each other until then. We had some great times talking about Amarillo (Texas).
